Cloud Governance & FinOps
Bringing structure and cost discipline to cloud environments before they grow out of control.
Cloud Governance · FinOps · Security
20 years leading IT infrastructure and cloud services for global teams. Now building OneHorn Inc. to bring that same rigor to SaaS, AI, and tech companies who need it most.
About
I've spent almost two decades inside large-scale IT infrastructure and cloud operations — building, running, and governing the systems that global companies depend on every day. Along the way I've led teams across Canada, the USA, and India, and learned firsthand what separates cloud environments that scale gracefully from ones that quietly become liabilities.
Most of that career has been inside large organizations with the budget and bench strength to do cloud governance right. What I kept noticing is how few smaller, fast-growing companies have access to that same rigor — not because they don't need it, but because it's usually locked behind enterprise-sized price tags.
That's what I'm building now with OneHorn Inc.: bringing enterprise-grade cloud governance, FinOps, and security practices to SaaS, AI, and tech companies who are scaling fast and can't afford to get this wrong.
I also write about where AI is reshaping enterprise IT and cloud operations — the practical side, not the hype.
